The challenge
The site presented several challenges, including the presence of overhead power lines and the need to minimise light spill on ecological areas.
The HDS solution
A compliant Section 38 highway lighting design was produced, supported by detailed electrical calculations and Lighting Reality modelling. The lighting layout was carefully coordinated to accommodate the overhead power lines while minimising ecological light spill and meeting the required lighting standards.
